Important Notice About Pricing
Recently, residents across Europe and clients in the IT sector have faced sharp price increases in many areas. These developments have affected many, and unfortunately we have not been immune: our operating costs have risen significantly over the past year. The costs of running our infrastructure and purchasing new hardware have increased particularly sharply — driven in part by exploding demand for AI‑related computing power and cloud services, as well as higher raw material and production costs for manufacturers. RAM and SSD prices have risen especially noticeably; DRAM prices have increased by up to 500% since September 2025, and market researchers such as TrendForce expect this trend to continue through the year.

Recently, residents across Europe and clients in the IT sector have faced sharp price increases in many areas. These developments have affected many, and unfortunately we have not been immune: our operating costs have risen significantly over the past year. The costs of running our infrastructure and purchasing new hardware have increased particularly sharply — driven in part by exploding demand for AI‑related computing power and cloud services, as well as higher raw material and production costs for manufacturers. RAM and SSD prices have risen especially noticeably; DRAM prices have increased by up to 500% since September 2025, and market researchers such as TrendForce expect this trend to continue through the year.
We have absorbed most of these additional costs and worked hard to optimize internally to delay any price changes for as long as possible. However, under current conditions we can no longer fully compensate for the increased burden without adjusting our rates.
Therefore, effective April 1, 2026, we must raise prices for both existing and new customers. The increase will affect setup fees for new Dedicated Servers and GPU Servers, as well as the monthly subscription fees for Dedicated and GPU Server plans.
We strive to remain loyal to every customer and will always try to find a compromise where possible.
We know that price changes are always a challenge for everyone. However, we believe that our products’ prices and terms still offer a competitive price‑to‑performance ratio.
